MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 8, 2009 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF POQUOTT HELD AT 7:00 P.M. AT VILLAGE HALL.

Present were Mayor Barbara Donovan, Trustee Christine Vitkun and 3 residents.  Excused were Trustees Carol Lane, Sandy Nicoletti, and Kathleen Matthews.  Also excused was Village Attorney Peter Sverd.

No Quorum present so no business was conducted.
