CAROL LANE - Trustee for Environment & Shore Lines
Stormwater Phase II Update - D F Stone is ahead of schedule.
Drains/Environmental - We have two bids. We will decide during discussion of new business.
Harbor & Mooring - John Lane - Harbor Committee meeting to be held at 8:00 P.M. at Harbor Hills Country Club on 11/15/2007.
Van Brunt Manor Road Project - Carol Lane left several messages with Alan Svaboda; no response.
Broadwater- No information
CAROL CASTILLO - Trustee for Roads, Roadsides and Parks
Roads & Sides - Lois Mitchell - Walnut Street and Birchwood Avenue have been paved.
California Park - Ahead of Schedule. Installed 6 catch basins at Washington Street and Chestnut Avenue.
Walnut Park - Intruder dismantled gate. Chains to be put up and gate re-assembled.

CHRISTINE VITKUN - Trustee for Finance and Website
Website - Home page has the capabilities to put notices on website for Village residents. Christine will update the home page with the code officer’s phone number to report anything that might look suspicious on Halloween. Christine is also looking into an automated telephone alert system.

SANDRA NICOLETTI - Trustee for Public Safety & VanBrunt Manor Road Beach
Public Safety - Halloween coverage will be increased with extra patrols and the use of every vehicle. Discussion followed as to the rate of pay for Halloween with a decision to pay time and a half to all officers working that night.
Comments – Resident - would the extra officers be stationary or roving? Ans. officers would be roving.

PARKING /SPECIAL PERMITS – Mrs. Marmor had a problem with receiving a parking permit; Village Clerk did not receive the fax to issue a parking permit.
PLANNING BOARD - Dock application package not complete for Bunici.
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS - Variances approved for 40 Chestnut Avenue.
NEW BUSINESS

Resolution-Trespassing tabled
Bids - Washington Street Project: Will consider the three lowest bids. Decision will be made after references are verified.
Village Drains - Resolution by C. Vitkun to accept Earth Care’s offer to clean the 9 drains listed in the bid for $5,130.00, seconded by S. Nicoletti; Aye C. Vitkun, S. Nicoletti and C. Lane; Nay 0.
OTHER BUSINESS
Stormwater Phase II Local Laws - Laws 3 and 4 of 2007 going to the newspaper. Public Hearing at 11/l5 meeting.
Flora/Fauna Local Law to be discussed at December 2007 meeting.
