Present Mayor Barbara Donovan, Trustees Carol Castillo, Sandra Nicoletti, absent Trustees Carol Lane, Christine Vitkun also present one resident.

RESOLVED the Mayor is authorized to sign the application for the Justice Court Grant (JCAP) for 2007-2008 encompassing a purchase request and Grant request. Motion by C. Castillo, seconded by S. Nicoletti Aye C. Castillo, S. Nicoletti, B. Donovan, Nay 0.

The meeting adjourned at 11:45 A.M. on a motion by S. Nicoletti.
