MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 28, 2006 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF POQUOTT HELD AT 7:00 P.M. AT VILLAGE HALL

Present Mayor Barbara Donovan , Trustees Carol Castillo, Carol Lane, Sandra Nicoletti, absent trustee Christine Vitkun, also present Village Attorney Peter Sverd.

The Board entered into executive session to discuss the pending Article 78 litigation on a motion by C. Castillo.

Executive session adjourned on a motion by C. Castillo,

The meeting reconvened.

Due to a conflict of interest the firm of Miranda & Sokoloff ,LLP cannot represent the village in the Article 78. After discussion on the two attorneys suggested to represent the village it was determined to hire the firm of Fisher Egan & Golden, LLP represented by Brian Egan to represent the village in the Article 78 proceeding. The hiring was made on a motion by C. Lane, seconded by C. Castillo, Aye C. Castillo, C, Lane, S. Nicoletti, B. Donovan, Nay 0.

The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M. on a motion by C. Castillo.
