451-TOWN Resident Contact Center- “One Call Does it All”
451-TOWN (8696) is a state-of-the-art Constituent Response System utilizing one phone number--451-TOWN--for residents to receive any and all town services and information. The Contact Center Representatives utilize state-of-the-art technology to help them manage the high volume of calls received on a daily basis. They answer general information calls as well as specific questions about services such as garbage collection and recycling, public safety, code enforcement, street lighting, highway maintenance, parks and Town events. 451-TOWN was designed to provide residents with a single phone number to access the complete spectrum of information and Town services. Since its inception in 2007, 451-TOWN has received over 300,000 calls.
The Town of Brookhaven Contact Center is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays. Residents can leave a message after hours. Our mailing address is 1 Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738.
